捷报叠加！富马酸二甲酯通过国家医保谈判

又一款口服DMT进医保了!MS是一种以中枢神经系统炎性脱髓鞘病变为主要特点的疾病，如得不到及时的规范治疗，大多数患者会因不可逆的神经功能缺损而致残。目前国际上MS以疾病修正治疗（DMT）作为标准治疗手段。
经过近几年各领域的努力和呼吁，患者们收到的好消息越来越多，令人分外惊喜的是我们广大病友终于从无药可治到可选着用药的日常治疗阶段，我们也可以在有更多选择的情况下选择最适合自己的治疗！
现捷报叠加，如今多款DMT治疗用药同时纳入《国家基本医疗保险、工伤保险和生育保险药品》目录，其中还包括2023年1月16日官宣富马酸二甲酯加入。
面对叠加的喜报，我们有点措手不及和难以置信，我们曾经没有信心以一个平凡之姿回归社会，如今我们有了十足的把握和勇气在药物可及的光芒下接受疾病，与它共处，向平凡走去，愿我们所有的坚持，都能换来繁花似锦，感谢为我们发声的所有人，也感谢那个不言放弃的自己！

关于富马酸二甲酯富马酸二甲酯（Dimethyl fumarate）⁴¹,⁴²通过激活Nrf2-ARE抗氧化信号通路来发挥抗炎和细胞保护作用⁴³,⁴⁴。富马酸二甲酯通常耐受性良好，但治疗时仍有进行性多灶性白质脑病的风险⁴⁵。这些病例大部分是淋巴细胞减少，因此建议每6-12个月监测一次淋巴细胞。富马酸单甲酯最近获得批准，和富马酸二甲酯一样，它也被代谢成单甲基富马酸⁴⁶。

这个药多少钱？也不知道会比特立氟安，和西尼莫德便宜吗？
