体验推拿

当然也是因为我肩颈实在是太太太紧张了,平时拉伸少,斜方肌那儿用手捏都很难捏得动。听同事说只能管几天https://app.mszj.com/public/emotion/face_wulian.png还是要坚持运动…加强背部力量……

可要小心警惕噢!羽毛球是剧烈运动,运动量大,可不大适合MS噢!我们就有病友因为打羽毛球而导致复发喔!
